Data we receive from Instagram

When a creator connects their public Instagram professional account, Donde receives and stores information about that account through the Instagram API with Instagram Login. This includes:

• The account's username and Instagram user ID.
• Account metrics for the last 30 days: followers, reach, views, accounts engaged, total interactions and profile views.
• Aggregated demographics of the account's followers: age range, gender, and top cities and countries.

We use this information for two purposes only:

• To let creators see their own metrics inside their Donde profile.
• To let hotels evaluate whether a creator is a good fit for a collaboration.

We never sell this information, and we never share it with third parties.

A creator can disconnect their Instagram account from Donde at any time from their profile settings. Once disconnected, Donde stops receiving new data from the Instagram Graph API, and the metrics already stored are deleted together with the rest of the account data when a deletion request is made.

How to delete your data

To request the deletion of your data, write to contact@donde.travel from the email address associated with your Donde account, with the subject line “Data deletion”. If you cannot write from that address, tell us which account the request is for so we can verify it belongs to you.

A deletion request covers everything we hold about you:

• Your profile, your account credentials and the preferences you set on Donde.
• Any Instagram metrics received through the Instagram Graph API, along with the connection to your Instagram account.
• Your collaboration history and the messages exchanged through the platform.

We respond to every deletion request within 30 days of receiving it.

We may keep the minimum records the law requires us to keep — for example, billing and tax records of collaborations already completed. Anything kept for that reason stays limited to that purpose and is deleted once the legal retention period ends.
